I've been there last week for 5 days , the hotel is amazing lot of food and beverages departments , very cosy rooms , a perfect pool like a lake with the pool bar inside ( yes inside you can swim and drink your mohito at the same time).friendly people , nice service. we will come back for sure. more
The Ilio Mare Beach hotel is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a 5-star hotel. The only thing which is 5-star are the prices for extras. I can't believe the reviews I have read on this hotel. Supposedly a 5 star hotel!!! I wrote to the ministry of tourism in Greece after my visit, nothing happened, but this hotel is a joke!!!!!!! After reading some of the reviews here I was quite scared that I would be disapointed but was instead pleasently surprised. I visited Ilio Mare Beach together with my girlfriend in September and we really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is optimal also for families as the beach is really near the buildings (only kept apart by one small road) and on this road there are hardly cars driving, so you are not disturbed and allowing children to play... more
