We booked our hotel via ebay direct so a little wary . Booked flight via [--] and overall cost for a week was very reasonable - wish we had delayed our flight booking as they go down daily !!...

This is a little gem, if you like the "small & friendly" holiday. The hotel is situated about 100 metres from the main road which is bordered by the sand/shingle beach. There is a fine selection of bars and tavernas from right on the doorstep to within ten minutes walk and a number of mini marts as well.

The Hotel Sofia in KAMBOS on the island of Samos can only be found in the Thomsons Greece brochure. The rooms are clean and reasonable size but are painted a sickly colour. Our bathroom never seemed to drain properly but I think we were unlucky as not all the guests had this problem. There was a small swimming pool here...
