On a road trip through Greece, we decided to stop at Kavalia on our way to a beach resort in Leptokaria as dusk had already fallen. After roaming around the city for a good half hour in look of a decent hotel, we finally came across Lucy around 2 in the morning. The hotel has a very nice location and an appealing, well-lit exterior look. But this initial impression was shattered once we stepped into the hotel.

The receptionist was working alone on the night shift and did not have any assistant to show us the rooms (in response to our request to see the room he simply replied, "I don't have anyone to show your right now, but you don't need to see them, this is a 5 star hotel, it has lux rooms"). After confirming that we would like to check-in for 2 double rooms (for a family of 4), we found out that there was no bell boy to give us a hand with our luggage.
