The hotel is excellent in all aspects. The lobby is astonishing and the reception helpful and polite. The room has character and luxury at the same time. We had a halfboard deal and I must say that the buffet both in breakfast and in dinner was excellent. I was very impressed from this lovely hotel.

Clearly many cut backs on staff, amenities, lack of attention to detail in regards with the F&B buffets and maintenance No atmosphere on lobby and bars, not sufficient lightning on corridors, no mini bar replenishment, small TV's. broken glass on reception desk, no porter service, limited buffet, no kitchen staff present on buffet no music anywhere, wrong bill presented.
