this hotel is in the best location if you are someone who wants to be near the center of town, but also want to be within close proximity to the buses that will take you to other parts of the island. ie paradise beach the place can initially be a little difficult to find but usually George picks you up... Orpheas Room locates in the heart of Mykonos Downtown. It is ideally located to walk bus station (Fabrika), windmills, little venice, and all other restaurants and bars we went in the downtown. The owner George is very friendly and helpful. He gave us 4 persons-room although we were 3. Rooms are very clean. It definetely worth to my pay.

First of all, let me just say that it was an incredibly difficult decision for us to choose between Orpheas Rooms and Artemoulas Studios for our accomodations in Mykonos. We would be spending six nights there, and in the end decided on Orpheas because of it's location in town. As it turns out, George's family owns both! We ended up... More

We stayed for 2 nights in August at Orpheas Rooms. The service we received was fantastic. George picked us up from the ferry and took us directly to our room. he also showed us great places to eat and where to get the buses etc (1 minute walk) The room itself was great but a little small. We had aircon... More

Very enjoyable stay, as inexpensive as you will get in mykonos especially during the high season. The owner George is very friendly and will collect and drop you off at the airport which is so handy. It is located just beside the bus station which is very handly for mykonos town and also for getting out of town - Hire... More

I just got back from a five day excursion to Mykonos. I had never been before and so had zero expectations. I heard of Orpheas rooms through a friend and figured it was worth a shot. It was hands down one of the best decisions ever! The rooms had everything I could have ever needed - wifi, blow dryer, accessibility... More

Picked up at the Mykonos airport by the very friendly owner, and pleasantly surprised to know we had been given an upgrade to an "apartment" style room from the single room we had originally booked for the 2 nights stay. The room itself was simply furnished & brightly decorated. Not a modern fitout but we were not there to stay... More

He said he spends at least 3 months every year surfing etc in Bali when Mykonos is closed down for the winter. If you're going to Mykonos be aware it is generally more expensive than most other Greek Islands. Having accepted that, I thought Orpheas Rooms was great. There's no better location, 30secs away from the main square/bus station/supermarket, right in town one side the windmills and little Venice and then the other side all the shops, restaurants and cafes. George the... More

The room was nice and clean, the location was great, walking distance to the beach, supermarket and bus stop to go into town or other beaches! Owners were helpful. And they have a room with laptops for free Internet which saved me looking for Internet cafes... More
