Thomas Cook provided this hotel accomodation overnight as our flight was delayed. Can you imagine staying in a 2star after a week at a 4star hotel. What a crap way to complete your holiday stay. The Manager was very unhelpful and rued. Waited hours to get a room at 10pm at night. The food was stale and I wouldnt give it to my dog. The room was 3 single wooden beds (very uncomfortable), a small portable tv (poor reception), a fridge, shower and toilet. Luxury items included A/C which didnt work properly and view of the pool which overlooked a used car lot. No smoke detector in rooms (incase of a fire) and no signed fire exist or plan? Very noisy location with heavy traffic as very close to major airport. Last but not least paper thin walls... could hear everything including people switch off/on lights!! Do not stay here unless like us you had NO CHOICE!! more
