Great location a few minutes from the Venetian harbor, but the rooms are average at best. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, and the front desk very helpful. More

The location of the hotel is great since it is located in the old town. However there are many disadvantages: (1) very noicy both from inside and outside the hotel (2) not very clean since have found a cockroach in the bathroom (3) quite expensive if you consider that we have paid €110 per room per night without any facilities... We loved this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as is the courtyard. The breakfast is amazing. (even though we kept saying we didn't want much they kept bringing more and more home made small dishes). The location is great too, very near the harbour and lots of great restaurants. Very friendly family run place. More
