The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and not too small! Balcony area was nice but there wasn't much of a view onto the street. It's close to the beach however which is nice... but about a 25 minute walk to Old Town in Chania which is a bit of a pain in the heat! More

I liked the short curved ramp next to the entrance to get my wheelie case up to reception. Staff friendly and understood English, though didn't speak it too well.
