Stayed here for 5 nights. Loved the accommodation, huge private garden and good sized pool which was so refreshing in the hot weather. The apartments have no air con but due to the thick stone walls don't need it as it always cool inside. The style of the decor/furniture is great and manages to fit in with the old nature... More

three of us (friends) spent a week here and fell in love with it. (I cried when we left!) The ambience was delightful, owner/staff kind and obliging, cats cute... plus Hania down the road. We are no longer friends and I am not well, but I cannot recommend M K too highly!! Lizzie from York More

I have just returned from a week at Metohi Kindelis and truly cannot recommend it enough! We stayed in Kynthia which was beautifully decorated and had everything you need, included a re-stocked fridge every day with the most delicious fresh produce. The pool area was amazing, totally secluded with it's own kitchen and bathroom which was fantastic. Manolis and his... More

We stayed three days there and the villa was very nice and cozy. Swimmingpool was not heated but they are not heeted in any other places in May anyway in Crete..Our kids loved the cats and they had a huge area to play and have fun. The only thing we were disappointed at was the staff - as other people... More

Believe all you read on here. Traffic noise not really an issue. Bed comfy, fresh food daily is unbelievable and animals friendly! Closeness to road means town and touring is easy if you want it but quite frankly who would. If it is R&R you are after, you couldn't choose better. More

We were referred by friends who have stayed there twice. We wanted a place to relax without being near crowds but not feel too isolated and the farmhouse was just the perfect mix. We hired a car and drove around following Manolis' suggestions - he is such a sweet person. We had great dinners in Chania, the old town and... More

Pros: Beautifully restored farmhouse and the best, kindest service you will ever have. Lovely fresh breakfast items every day, and your own kitchen to use. Pretty gardens. Wonderful owner and rental agent go above and beyond, and really made our trip to Crete a standout experience. Spot-on restaurant and beach recommendations for anywhere in Crete. Nicely away from the hustle... More

I can't over emphasize enough the helpfulness of the owner Manolis and the house keeper Linda. The farm is a gem and our stay was wonderful. It was definitely the highlight of our trip. We had fresh bread provided every day from a fabulous bakery in the City. Linda made preserves. Fruit came from the farm. We enjoyed being there... More

We found out about this little heaven from the Conde Nast travel magazine. Although you rarely get to see more reviews about this lovely villa, the few which were already posted here in Trip Advisor are true to form. Manolis, the owner gave us the privacy we needed, but never too out of reach. When we arrived, we found our... More

We have been staying in the wonderful houses here for at least 5 years. The last few years we stayed in Danae. We just love the very private pool area. It is more like another huge outside room with fridge, music and a large lounging area. We find it hard to get motivated to do anything more than eat some... More
