We found this hotel to be everything we expected. The room was clean and had everything we expected. An unexpected suprise was the free wireless internet worked fine in our room even though it was advertised only in public spaces. We arrived in Chania around 12AM after taking a ferry ride to Kissamos. The Arkadi was very easy to find as it is in the Center Square. The man working at the desk was nice enough. My wife and I arrived in Chania a day early from Athens and found the hotel we booked was sold out. They arranged for us to stay at the Arkadi and we were very pleasantly surprised.
