Just wanted to respond to some of the comments about the beds. After reading visitors concerns I contacted Iberostar Hermes about our upcoming holiday and how I would prefer a softer Mattress. They gave me a prompt response and are arranging for a topper to be placed onto the bed for our arrival. Many thanks to the reservations staff.

The staff and cuisine were excellent. The cocktails were too die for and just generally an ideal hoilday destination. The only minus for us was the location of the pool - which was very quickly in shade and therefore too cold for m,y liking.
