On arrival at the Amalia we were given a really good welcome. Our 1 bed apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The owners Adoni and Nikki and their family couldn't do enough for you and they are extremely friendly. Only a five minute walk from a nice sandy beach with a couple of nice bars and restaurants alongside it... More

Just back from staying in the Amalia apartments. The hosts are lovely especially the young lad Manos who makes great chips!. The apartments are clean with regular towel and bed linen changed every few days. When we arrived we were placed in the infamous room 11 where there were problems with the air conditioning and fridge which they tried to... More

We returned again to the Amalia studios and were not dissappointed. We received the same warm welcome by everyone and had a fabulous 2 weeks with very hot weather. The owners Nicki and Adonis and the maid were most helpful and pleasant and we wish them well with the new addition to the family. The ATM in the village does... More

Had a fabulous stay at Amalia in early June. Clean, spacious apartments, cleaned daily. Enough basic kitchen gear to rustle up a meal but eating out is so cheap that we only used the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Good pool, plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Nice bar always staffed by the friendly, helpful owners. Bali is a nice relaxed... More

This place would be hard to beat for value for money and it's hard to find much to complain about even then. Bali was just starting to get busy when we left and probably only half the rooms were full so not sure how it would be in high season. However when we were there (mid June) the town was... More

After reading so many glowing reviews, I was surprised at how the Amalia managed to fail on numerous levels. Firstly we were given an apartment instead of a studio as we had booked which was in the basement at the back with no view. The room was exceptionally clean. However, the beds were like planks, very uncomfortable! As far as... More

Great location, great rooms, great bar, great pool.....what else can I say - superb, can highly recommend Taverna Psaropoula - fabulous food, reasonably prices and very friendly. All in all absolutely fantastic. resort on a whole is more suitable for mature/couples/families ...... certainly not for young disco types.... More

I know this review is a little late, but want to write it for anyone who is coming to these apartments. Travelled with my husband middle of September and although we didn't arrive until 6.30am, Antonis the owner was there to greet us. We had a one bedroomed apartment which was very spacious. Living room with table and chairs, also... More

Have been 6 times and never disappointed. Family run. Apartments named after Antonis and Manolis's mother who visits now and again with husband Nikos. A truly lovely family. Rooms and pool area spotlessly clean. Always have a relaxing time in Bali and have made many friends with the locals over the years. Always enjoy a drink and a chat with... More
