Upon first impressions, this is a beautiful hotel for a very fair price. The location is phenomenal for catching early morning cruises. Piraeus is a very busy port city....bordering on trashy because it's difficult to walk on the sidewalks due to the crowds and food/shop stands every few feet. I went to Pireas on october 2005 and stayed at Faros Hotel for 5 days. I agree, the hotel is nice and very friendly, my room was small but very clean and the balcony was nice! I had a good time ...I recommend Faros hotel. more
