Great location (right in the centre of athens in a safe pedestrianised area and a minute's walk from the main roads). Small hotel but has all the main facilities. Fairly clean. Friendly staff.Great value for money!! Definetely recommend it for short city breaks!

In general the hotel is not a catastrophe. But sure is not a 4 stars, maybe only 2 stars. The room was not big and elegant. The bath room was good but the shower with a tent that was not so long just the floor. The water in shower continuosly cold and hot is not ideal for take a shower.... More

Don't mix up Xenos Lycabettus with St. George Lycabettus-up much higher on the hill,and more expensive. Xenos Lycabettus is perfectly located 1/2 way between Kolonaki Sqoare, and Syntagma Square. Stayed here for 2 nights and found the staff most helpul and friendly. The rooms are clean. There are good facilities in the rooms and the bathroom clean and functional. It is ideal for walking into the centre of Athens. Great value for money

A nice and quiet hotel in a pedestrian area in Athens. Rooms were average size, clean, and well equipped. Internet in room works best if you connect by cable (ask at reception). The hotel is located just 1 min from syntagma square and the metro station. rooms are not too big but nice, the ones with balcony to Valaoritou Street are more nousy but lively.
