This hotel was a real find! The location is excellent, just on the edge of the Plaka and a short walk to the Acropolis. The vibe in the area is happy and welcoming. It is also very close to the station and many good cafes and restaurants. The staff were pleasant and only too happy to help.

This was a great hotel to use as a base while we toured Athens. The location is perfect. Short walk to the Acropolis and right in the heart of the wonderful Plaka area. Great restaurants and coffee shops surround this location. We were granted a late check out at 1pm which was wonderful. Not our favorite breakfast.....more "British" food than... More

Hotel staff is great. Friendly and very helpful. Rooms need to be updated, plain and average at best. Location is good if you want to be in the heart of old Athens near the Acropolis. We stayed here in late April 2013. for 4 days. The staff was very helpful in planning our days, finding great restaurants and shopping. They were quite accommodating in the morning of our departure at 3:00 AM. The front desk manager opened the entire breakfast area and served us breakfast. This place is quiet when wanting to sleep, but close enough to every other amenity when being a tourist. Great breakfast, close to inexpensive places for dinner and lunches, banks and chemist nearby. Free Wiifi since January I gather. Clean and comfy.

This hotel is just a block from the Plaka. No more than a 20 to 30 minute walk to almost all the other sites. The rooms are small but very clean. Surrounded by restaurants and lots of shops this is a nice central location. Even the train nearby. It's about a 30 to 40 minute train ride from the airport.... More
