I've stayed a few times at this hotel. It's very convenient - about 5 minutes partly covered walk downhill from the North station. There's a metro station (Rogier) with an entrance just outside. Good hotel for the price... but breakfast very poor. Staff is ok. Restaurant... do not eat... I ordered a steak and the meat seemed frozen for a while. If it's cheap... stay... but do not expect a super hilton hotel. Front desk staff is very nice!!!

I had a chance to stay at Hilton Brussels City for a couple of nights, the location of the hotel is very close to shopping street, just 5 minute walk from the hotel door. It is in a very safe neighborhood more over, the hotel' staff is very helpfully and fill with a service mind. I love it!!!
