The wrongest part of this hotel is the entry: you need to walk stairs to the first floor, where the reception is located, which is not funny when you have bagage and/or children... Adequet is the best word to describe this hotel. The location is in the city center which is perfect and easy to walk to anywhere for a person of low to moderate fitness.
