There is no doubt that the best Tryp Oporto Centro has to offer is the very friendly and service-minded attitude of the staff. The facilities are ok, and I suppose do provide value for money. But as far as a business hotel goes, I probably can not recommend it. It is a hotel suited for leisure travelers.

Very nice, confortable, kind staff. Parking (so useful in Porto). The location is good, you can easily move by foot to visit the city center. Briefly: nice place to stay in Porto! I would surely think about this place for a future visit to the city,

Nice clean modern rooms and hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. My wife is in a wheelchair and the handicapped room and bathroom were accessible. Breakfast was very good. Staff helpful with directions to sites/metro/restaurants etc.

Bad service, small room, not very good restaurants around the hotel

In my business trip to Oporto stayed at the Tryp Porto. the staff and service is nice but as the hotel was suffering works it was not such a good experience. works will finish in march 2012

The hotel was under a refurbishment process. There was no parking, due to the construction, but no warnings on the booking site. Friendly staff. Bad location, specially at night. Nice bathroom for a 3 star hotel. The internet doesn't work well. You would expect much more from an international chain.
