Went there during a trip with colleagues from the university. The place is great, clean rooms, welcoming staff, and there's a nice mood around; it's also near a lot of bars and easy to go from there to great places at night, I recommend!

I spent two night in the Pilot really funny! Great position! Almost in the center of the night life of the city. Minimal Design of the ambient but the atmosphere it's really warm and familiar! Problably the best place for stay overnight in Porto!

I stayed there for just two nights, unfortunately. It is a clean, modern and welcoming atmosphere there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is just amazing for what you get: clean sheets, shower, lounge with a bar, a good breakfast. If you want to stay in Porto, stay in The Pilot!!!

Stayed at Pilot for 2 nights. Was a perfect place to explore both city and night life. Beds are comfy, but the cut out design is a bit awkward and kept hitting my knee throughout the night (no big deal). The 8 euro bbq dinner is the best low cost dinner I have had in Europe so far! New hostel in Porto: everything is clean, you get food and drinks 24/7, really nice and helpful staff and the best of all - the beds are soo comfy, well smelling and clean. and the location is perfect! If we go back to Porto, we definitly stay there again!

Stayed in Porto for a few nights before setting off on a 2 week walk to Santiago in Spain.
