Eurostars Oporto is situated outside the downtown, but there is a metro station 100m and a supermarket 300m from the hotel. The staff is gentile, and the room has a good size. The breakfast is just normal.

Excellent hotel. The new. Large rooms. Great bathroom. There is a kitchen with all the amenities. Good breakfast. Underground parking for an additional fee. Very good location, close to the subway, close to the exit of the city. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 4 nights in late Nov. 2012. The staff was great. The room was enormous. Public transportation 30 seconds away and not noisy. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. Stay here. For 70 Euros you will not find anything better. This is my first tripadvisor review after years of using the site. This is a truly great hotel.
