Good, clean, cheap and quiet! I quickly booked this for a conference. The building is over a carpark and so is rather disguised from the street. But nice, clean and basic inside. Don't bother with their breakfast - you have nice cafe options nearby. I recommend Travelers' Cafe around the corner near the Colesium!
