The rooms weres nice and clean but freezing, very unconfortable. Staff is nice. The views are extremely disappointing, only a glance at the river. The pool water was almost as cold as the room and it had to much chlorine. More

This is a satisfactory hotel simply as a place to sleep; the rooms are comfortable, clean, and breakfast is satisfactory. The hotel is well positioned across the Douro River, overlooking the river, the city of Peso da Ruler and mountains. It is somewhat isolated, with nothing around. Hotel looks new and clean, free wifi, rooms are ok with comfortable bed... so if this is what you are looking for, you won't be disappointed. things get worse when you look outside...Unless you only look down to the river, the view is just not nice at all and this was really a bad surprise. The room (double room) is big enough for two people. Nice and modern... The bathroom is big and have a strange but interesting window to room. Breakfast is good. The parking is poor. Only this point is negative. More

Gorgeous views over the Douro river and the city of Peso da Régua. Easy access from highway A24. The restaurant is very expensive but there's lots of good places to eat in that region. The room was very modern and confy but we had some problems with the AC that were'nt solved. More
