Horizonte is a very moderate hotel. It's very basic, a bit shabby and worn out. But it's clean, functional and has a good location (subway station 'Parque' is right across the street). Very usable as a base to explore the city, assuming that you won't spend too many time in the hotel (the hotel itself has no facilities). more
