A friend and I got a rate of $133 per night for this hotel. Given the location, quality of the rooms and view from the room, the rate was quite a good deal. HOWEVER, with $10 for Pringles in the minibar, $20 to make a local call (to a cell phone !?!) and $20 a day for wireless internet access,... more

The hotel is good, the location is good, the rooms are good, and it all stops there. Beware of extreme prices in the bar and restaurants, pluss the customer service when challenged, is just terrible. Compared to other five-star resorts and hotels, the Tiara Park simply comes out as bad. I would not stay there again if paid to do... more

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Tiara Park hotel. I was upgraded to the Executive Floor and my room was extremely large, had a comfy bed, fab bath, and great TV (lots of good channels in English, which isn't the standard in Europe). The Tiara Park Atlantic proved its excellent service for us. Celebrating our wedding anniversary they provided us with a welcoming bottle of champagne, strawberries and white chocolate. In addition we got a room at the 15th floor with a magnificent view over Lisbon. Both the front desk and the restaurant were most helpful, and took care of everything we needed.... more

Our stay was in connection with a tour. The location is not handy if you like to wander around on your own. Not convenient to a metro stop and located away from the historic city center with its myriads of restaurants and sites. We stayed at the Park Atlantic for four nights making our reservation through hotels.com. It was an excellent valuewith our room having a great view.
