We stayed for two nights in this narrow and seemingly old hotel. In terms of price it was doing ok and it wasn't reall. It was clean but not shiny and reception was very busy. Parking is like hell in this place. You can walk or take the subway to reach downtown. Breakfast is on 10th floor, beware of vertigo.... More

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay in our property and help us get better. We apologise for the reception being busy at that time, but it is something unpredictable, that we cannot control. Regarding the parking, we must note we have parking places in the street in front of the hotel and another more... More

Miss this one like the plague! it is dated, dirty and has Best Western cards in the rooms but has not been a BW for 4 years. 3 of us stayed on a business trip and each of us were extremely disappointed, especially as we were charged 95 euro per room. More

this hotel cam highly recommended for a 3 star but, we know why it is only a 3 star at 65 euro per night. the room may have been renovated in 1970 at best. The location is a good 20-30 min walk from Biaxa or Barro Alto. Close to the big mall but that is all the good I can... More

Dear Sir / Madam, Thank you very much for staying at the Hotel Eduardo VII and for taking the time to evaluate us. As you may know our hotel already counts with 50 years proudly working in Lisbon, and during that time it has been always a concern for management to keep the hotel updated, and in touch with the... This was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (22-29 September 2011). It's in desperate need of redecoration and upgrading. Our bedroom (501)was tiny with marked walls and an uneven block floor. Public areas were dull and dingy with wrinkled carpet and poor lighting. There was a large hole in the wall of the lift shaft which did... More

Rooms were clean with good soundproof windows (busy road outside). The people managing the hotel desk could have been more helpful with questions (instead they seemed bothered and annoyed... this was a minus). The location of the hotel is great with easy access to everything and a stone throw away form the bus station where the airport bus stops. The... More

I went there because it wa sa gift (one of those gift certificates where you choose among different hotels) OMG it was awful. The rooms are dirty and old, the carpet on the floor... :-( The whole hotel smells extremely bad (even the beds). The breakfast is something you need to see, really, I'm not picky with food but THAT... More

Only good thing about this place is the location, bus nos 44, 745, 83 bring you staright from the airport to within 100 yards of the hotel. The decor, staff, rooms, breakfast and restaurants, are to be fair, OK for what you pay for. What is not OK is the choice of menu in the restaurant, the only vegetarian options... More

The Hotel Eduardo VII has some drawbacks, but is still a reasonable budget choice. On the plus side, the No. 91 Aerobus from the airport stops around 150 yards away, they allowed us to check in at 10am, the room was adequately equipped, the bathroom spotless and the bedding/towels changed every day. There was a wall-mounted flat screen TV, wardrobe... More

Come on, what do you expect from a well placed budget hotel. My wife and I have just spent 4 great days and nights in this wonderful city and stayed at the Eduardo VII.
