Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Tivoli Jardim recently, combining both business and pleasure. Nothing was too difficult for the attentive staff. The hotel is well located, and it was possible to walk to most tourist attractions easily. The rooms are very stylish, but the first room we were given was very small, with only limited hanging space and no drawers or cupboards. Second room larger, but again no storage space. I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel room after hearing mixed reviews. We stayed on the first floor and were at the front of the hotel which meant that the view outside the room wasn't the best - but then again you don't go on holiday to spend the whole time looking outside your bedroom window!... more

Very nice hotel, not too expensive, quite desing and trendy. Next to the city center (about 10 min walk), nice rooms, quit funny (but a bit used, even if surely they were renovated not long ago). Stuff friendly, but when we arrived we had to wait about 20 min at the reception, beacause there there too many other turists.. Good... more

This is a good choice if coming to Lisbon. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and near everything. The staff are very nice and helpful. If you stay in this hotel, be sure to go to the new sky bar located at the neighboring Tivoli Hotel. It offers a spectacular view of Lisbon (especially at night). My only complaint is... more

This hotel was in a convenient location for exploring Lisbon and using public transportation. The room was very comfortable. and decorated in a modern way. It was the most comfortable bed of our whole trip. The staff spoke English. However, the hotel lacked personality. I prefer smaller, more intimate hotels.
