Stayed at the Ibis Hotel, Coimbra for two nights. The hotel has a great location but the hotel itself is nothing to write home about. The room is basic and a bit on the small side. No frills hotel. Clean and basic, regular comfort. My stay was pretty decent but I had some friends who stayed at the first floor, right above the garage door and they couldn't sleep all night. The location was nice enough. more

The room was as expected, small, simple, comfortable bed, and very clean. Breakfast was an inexpensive add on, and was very basic. It was great to have inexpensive parking for our car. The location is great, and we really enjoyed the hotel's recommendation for Fado at A Cappella. Magical, reasonably priced performance in an amazing setting. more
