“Problems with damp”

Spent 2 nights here and after changing rooms 3 times were disappointed that accommodation had serious issues with damp. Whilst appreciating that this is an old building, the damp sheets and mattresses made for an uncomfortable stay. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and friendly, but wouldn't choose this hotel if we were to visit Ponta Delgada... More
