We Stayed from mid September to early October. We had an apartment on 1st floor overlooking the pool. the apartment was spotlessly clean and really spacious. The balcony was also very big. First things first. Staff were very friendly but when the facilities are poor no amount of customer service is going to assist. Now the main points: The hotel badly needs modernising. Take the Plasma screen and pay to use internet station away from reception and you're back in the 80's! Some old broken arcade machine and a broken pool table.... More
