I was litle bit afraid after red comments,but when we arrived, we were nice surprised.It is not five star hotel but its clean and for few nights good enought to stay. Staff are kind and helpful and place in near to the historical center....

Miserable in all aspects. They show a place in the web and then send you to caves and awful rooms. They make you feel like 20 euros per person is a bargain. It's not! Dirty, bad security, bed bugs, no lighting, no air condition. Just find something else, really. Worst stay I've ever had. Only good thing was that we just stayed for one night.

This hostel was booked by a friend on consideration of price alone. Easily the worst hostel I have ever stayed in (in over six years of travelling). Upon check-in, me and my friends were "greeted" with a racist slur from a drunk receptionist, and shown to a windowless, nightmarish room. Avoid this place like the plague!

Must reiterate all the other issues already mentioned. Arrived and the staff denied that I had a booking. After much arguing they managed to put me in a room that was nothing like what I had booked. The 'Low Cost' lives up to it's name and was the best price we found in Faro! Bit basic, and could do with some tea/coffee facility, but clean and tidy and well placed to see the sights of Faro! 5 Minutes from the airport so very well placed!

If you like rude staff, overpriced dorms, kitchens where nothing works, ants in your bed, unclean bathrooms and generally being ripped off then this place is for you. I'd read some terrible reviews. But if you want basic, low cost accomodation for a night or two stay here. It was a clean,cheap, friendly place to lay our heads & get a shower before & after Faro Rally. The location is superb for Faro center.
