The good side: the apartment was lovely, very clean and tastefully decorated. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom, although we only paid for a one, and appreciated the extra space. The attitude of reception staff is appalling. If you have any complaints...don't bother.... they don't want to know. Ask for the Manager and he/she just hides in the office til you go away.
