Stayed two weeks ago when the park was quiet - lovely site. Even though some facilities were being serviced, the staff were more than happy to open the disabled facilities for us - they couldn't have been more obliging. Staff confirmed that it was the only time the facilities had needed to be temporarily shut and it was for a... More

Great find! Stayed for three nights in our small camper van. No problems at all, friendly, efficient and extremely well run site. Well located for exploring the surrounding area. Good local amenities, good internet access, superb shower / toilet block facilities.

They were not busy and it is a huge site, but they decided we should all be in one field, right next to each other. Facilities very good - extremely clean and warm and the showers allow you to fix your own hot water level, so excellent. REception staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon reviewing your booking, we believe you requested a hard standing position. Due to the wet weather, we have been busy on our ‘all weather pitches’ as we have been forced to reserve the grass until the sun shines for us a little more. Our standard hard standing pitches are 12 by 12 metres and we find that most visitors... More

This was our second Easter holiday to this site in our touring caravan, and there was nothing to complain about! Wonderful welcoming reception staff, always had a smile and a friendly word for everyone. All facilities absolutely spotless at all times. Grounds beautifully maintained despite freezing temperatures. Who wouldn't appreciate underfloor heated (free)showers on a biterly cold morning? The kids... More

My husband and I have stayed at this campsite twice without the children and its great. 2 separate parks one adults only and the other family one with things for children to do. The showers and toilets here are amazing and could put 5* hotels to shame amazingly clean, underfloor heating, hot powerful showers and hair dryers to use. My... More
