This is one of those hotels that while you like it you are not really crazy about it that you are dying to go back. Location This property was a bit far away and isolated. However, they do provide free shuttles to Papeete. The only downside was that the shuttles do not run into the evening so that means you... More

We stayed there for a total of 3 nights in January 2012, before and after a 10-day Tahiti Island cruise and it was a real mixed bag. Firstly, the good points - lovely swimming pool, tasty food, nicely decorated rooms, and efficient reception staff (rating 5 out of 5). Unfortunately there was also some not so good aspects - the... First, I apologize for this being so late, our trip was in August. We went to the society islands for our honeymoon. I booked the Hilton Moorea and the St. Regis Bora Bora through Pacific-for-less, although I decided to book the hotels on the main island(which were just used to fly in and out of Tahiti) on our own. When... More

Our flight arrived in Tahiti around midnight. It was dark when we got to the hotel so we couldn't really check out the surroundings until the next day. Check-in was a breeze. Even though the trip had been prepaid, the special offer of a free room upgrade was given to us upon arrival without us asking for one. The oceanview... More

I actually read the reviews after a one night stay after a cruise. I am impressed that every review solicits a response from the management so I will try to be very specific. The site of the hotel on the black sand beach is outstanding. The view alone would make me return to this hotel. The room(2401) provided was one... More

We were looking for a good hotel for a two day stay prior to going on a cruise of the South Pacific. We looked at this hotel and the Intercontinental, which were the only 5 star hotels in the immediate area. It is located in Arue, about a 15 minute ride from the center of Papeete, and about 25 minutes... More

Yes it's expensive but so is everywhere in Tahiti and while the meals are costly the food is very good. The location is a bit isolated but we were prepared for that and the free shuttle bus helps. The rooms we thought were delightful and well maintained. No complaints! More

Ia orana, Mauru’uru for sharing your comments with us and other trip advisor readers. Please know that you brought many smiles to our staff when read your comment. Thank you. It is true that food can be expensive in Tahiti and rightly justified when you say everything is imported from overseas. Situated in Matavai Bay on the lushious tropical east... More

We stayed at the Radisson for 7 days and while we enjoyed our time it was not a holiday that we would rave about. The room was nice enough and the pool was pleasant for a bit of a swim or just to sit by and read a book. The restaurant however did not provide very much variety in their... More

Lets get this out of the way - the hotel may be a five star for Tahiti but it is not a five star compared to others! The hotel is clean and comfortable, the pool area very good over looking the sea and the black sand beach. The food and drink is very expensive however that is typical to the... More

The pool is gorgeous and overlooks the spectacular black sand beach you can walk down to. My husband enjoyed the topless sunbathers on the beach lol. The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated, but the room got really stuffy and there was no air conditioning. More
