This is a fantastic B&B - can't say any more than the previous reviews, except to say that it's all true! Kim was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were lovely and the breakfast excellent. It's a really lovely setting, not too far off the beaten track, but quiet and surrounded by lovely countryside.

40 minutes walk downhill from Brands Hatch through glorious countryside. Great welcome, great breakfast, and very comfortable rooms with free WiFi! Could not fault the experience. Highly recommended. Will stay there again - no hesitation - if there are rooms available
