Just back from a lovely stay in Bruge. The Wilgenhof is a beautiful, spotlessly clean and friendly hotel in the outskirts of Bruge (2.5km from Markt). The hotel is a large stylish building surrounded by a beutifully manicured garden, and fields. It probably used to be a farmhouse, or still is. It is located about 2 km outside of Brugge so if you don't have your own transport this might be an issue. There is another town as you head away from Brugge, probably 2 km... More

The Hotel Wilgenhof is a really comfortable small hotel near Bruges. There are just 6 bedrooms in this family run establishment. I stayed at the Wilgenhof in June 08 with a few others. We were on a motorcycle tour and stayed for one night B&B. It was a good quality small hotel with an olde worde charm about it. The staff - just one, the landlady, made us very welcome. We were provided a garage to park our bikes in overnight.... More
