オーナーのルート（Lut）さんが住む昔ながらの町屋の3階にある快適なベッドとシャワー・トイレが備わった3部屋だけのB&Bです。ロケーションもブルージュ旧市街のほぼ中心に位置するマルクト広場から徒歩5分と、ブルージュ観光にはとても便利な場所にあります。この宿の特徴は何と言ってもこのB&Bを切り盛りして10年以上の経験を持つオーナーのもてなしが隅々まで行き届いた清潔でセンスのいい部屋とサービスです。シンプルなデザインの部屋には湯沸し、インスタントコーヒーやお茶、シャワーとボディソープ、洗面台とトイレがあり、タオルもあります。小さなテレビが置いてあり、インターネット用の無線LANも使えて、清潔で寝心地のいいベッドでゆっくり休むことができます。3部屋の間にある広い廊下には清潔なキッチンがあり、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーマシン、食器やナイフなどがあるので、外食に飽きた時でもデリで買ってきた夕食を温めて、3つある小さなテーブルでリラックスして食べることもできます。 このB&Bの利点は、何といってもシンプルでセンスのよい快適な部屋です。町屋なので窓からの眺めはご近所のお家程度なのですが、静かでゆっくり休むことができます。また、オーナーが準備してくれる朝食もコンチネンタルブレックファストでコーヒーやチーズ・ハムもおいしく、毎日少しずつメニューを変えてくれるなどの心遣いも感じられます。到着時に鍵をくれるので、その後は出入り自由です。難点は特に思い当たりません。強いて言えば町屋の3階なので荷物を持って昇り降りするのが少し大変というくらいですが、すてきなお家なので、あまり苦にはなりません。 ブルージュは有名な観光地で1日歩いて回ることになるので、1日の途中でちょっと宿に戻って休憩したくなると思うのですが、そういう時にこの宿は立地も便利でとても快適だと思います。オーナーのルートさんは英語、フランス語、オランダ語を話し、ホスピタビリティに溢れたとても気さくで素敵な方です。有名ホテルのような豪華さはありませんが、安心して心地よく泊まれるよい宿だと思います。 More

Lut and Bruno are excellent hosts. All that you should require can be found in this B & B. The breakfasts are delicious and plenty of it. Perfect location close to market square and the bus stop to take you to the train station. Very quiet surrounds, even though the main area is near by. More

Absolutely outstanding! Very professional yet also kind service, excellent breakfast, a clean, spacious room, a location which is just a few streets away from the city center. We stayed in the lilac room, which was very pretty, with wooden beams, a large window, and a bathroom with a sloping roof with a skylight. Nothing to fault. More

TripAdvisor and Rick Steves sent us to the right place in Lut Setola's B&B. I agree with everything folks have said about this nice place.
