Our superior room looked over a canal towards a typically picturesque Brugge scene with the Belfort in the background. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable of any hotel bed I've slept in. Hotel is beautiful, staff are so helpful and friendly. Location could not be better. There are 2 points which could be improved on; the indoor pool could be heated and the breakfast could be more affordable!! €30 - you have got to be kidding! (We opted for cheaper alternatives) more

Fantastic luxury hotel in the centre of bruges. Rooms were elegant and staff at check in and at breakfast were very pleasant and helpfull. Located on the canal with amazing views, right in the heart of Bruges. The staff were friendly and really helpful, the room was gorgeous and comfortable, breakfast was wonderful and enhanced even more by the chocolate fountain!! the second time i stayed in this amazing hotel. The rooms are all different very clean and after a day full of meetings the bed is like heaven... very friendly staff, good parking possibilities, close to the shops, bars and restaurant of the most beautiful town bruges. i would always book this hotel again. more
