Stayed here with cycling friends and the staff and hotel were excellent. The hotel is not bad but not a 4 star hotel. The edges of the tub were black, the room had dust and cobwebs in the fireplace. But the service was very friendly and the breakfasts were good. In the photos it looks wonderful, but it is not so.

Location, location, location. Close to everything, a hop skip and jump from the canals. The staff are friendly and helpful. And a historic building that dates from the 16th century. Makes the Bruges visit a pleasure. Breakfast is nice and plentiful with lots of choices. Loved the hotel with its unique homey historic feel.
