Three of us stayed here in early December. We shared a triple room. The hotel is cosy with a very homely feel. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, and shower was fine. Breakfast was great - cheese, hams, pastries, breads, homemade jams, yoghurt. It's run by a man and his wife and they are both very friendly... More

We arrived and stayed four nights in the snow. The hotel was always very very warm, as was Paul's reception and the room was quaint and very clean and QUIET! Only minor criticism was the shower which was a bit leaky but hot water was always available and we had clean towels every day. Breakfast was good; typical continental breakfast... More

Short walk to everything. You cannot get around Bruge with a motorcar, so location makes your days easier. Hotel has all the amenities you will need; ith very friendly and helpful hosts and a superb breakfast. Room was European style and you will love it. Don't miss the Moules in the Central Square restaurants. I would go back. The price... More

We stayed here over NYE and had a wonderful stay with lots going on. The hotel is a close walk to the centre of Bruges and from the train station. We were able to walk from the station to the hotel in about 10-15mins and found it quite easily. Bruges is a beautiful place to visit, I would recommend this... More

Great hotel, very welcoming. We were lucky enough to check in early as well as our room was ready. Parking is near enough opposite, we arrived at 12.30pm and left at around 6pm the following day, our parking was around 16€. Its in a great location, room was clean and cosy. Warning...turn the radiator down before you go to sleep!... More

Visited this hotel with my parents who had previously visited here before 5 years ago(they were recommended by friends). Paul was such a friendly helpful host and this added to this lovely little hotel. It is very quaint with lots of stairs, our rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The other lovely thing is... More

We are staying at the Imperial for the first 3 nights of our honeymoon. The owners were so kind that they upgraded our room since to the "honeymoon" suite. The hotel is SO cozy, the breakfast is exceptional, composed of a selection of breads, salami, cheese, croissant, yogourt, coffee, orange juice and includes homemade jam - served by the owner... This hotel is perfectly located, clean and has great customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Brugge. The owner speaks great english and is overly helpful. It is also smoke free. The beds are comfortable and the room was extremely quite. The only negative I could think is the mosquitoes, but other people I traveled with... More

Cute little hotel, quaint decoration, well situated and within walking distance of all the interesting sites in Brugge. The owner is very attentive and helpful and directly offers tips about sightseeing. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of food to choose from. The room was fine, but the shower could be improved, since the button had to be pushed constantly. Also,... More

We came upon this hotel by chance and what a delightful find. Hilda the owner was more than welcoming , recommending sites to see and walks.to do. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor and although the stairs are steep they are easy enough for the average person. We will definatley be going... More
