Pretty bad hotel in Leuven due to the staff behind the desk office. Made reservations weeks before without any problems. Day I arrived, room was available only for 1 day not 2 as stated in the reservation. Room had to be cleaned before I entered. more

If there was a rating worse than terrible this hotel would fit into this category. 1. Arrived at hotel after booking months in advance with confirmation during Werchter Festival week-end for 3 nights.
