The room was very spacious the bed was really good. Staff was perfect, always ready to help. Located right in the middle of Ghent. However, the room in the ground floor is right in front of the maids room. On the morning they talk outside the room and make a lot of noise.

Arrival and check in was quick and efficient, private parking opposite the hotel was very welcome. This hotel is in a great location. Has covered parking across the street from the hotel which was nice. The room was clean and warm. Price of room did not include breakfast, but was an extra 6 euro per person which was worth it. Over all a nice place to stay while in this picture perfect town.
