Arrived from Gare du Midi by taxi (an expensive €17!) to this modest looking hotel, booked as package with Eurostar travel. Nice welcome from the young English staff, who were able to check us in to a nice, pretty, spacious room at the back of he hotel at noon. The location of the hotel is good and safe. The neighbourhood is pleasant. The Brasserie in the hotel is very good and also the staff. Too little furniture in the room and also the interior of the room should be improve. more

Hotel is in a good location, with restaurants and EU Parliament building nearby. Major sights are a considerable distance, farthest being perhaps a 20 minute walk at a good pace. The Leopold Hotel is located close to the European Parliament on Rue de Luxemborg. Rooms are simply decorated and a little basic, but clean and of a reasonable size.
