The hotel's biggest asset is it's location halfway between traffic heavy downtown Brussels and the airport. The local neighbourhood seems safer at night, than downtown Brussels. I was expecting a lot more from the Gresham chain but this place is extremely mediocre. The free shuttle service to airport was about the only highlight, everything else was a let down.
