Pros: The room was clean and spacious. It is easy to get to the metro and even to walk (30 min) to most tourist sites. Cons: The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and really quite rude. The rooms and facilities are OK. What this hotel desperately lacks is a management team to make it happen. Sloppy reception. Staff totally absent from the dining room at breakfast. Cold chafing dishes. No tourism desk as advertised. Dissapointing for the Brand on our 25th anniversary weekend more

Stayed June 2009 with 2 teens, Not a great stay, reception/check-In poor, they checked us into a room which was already occupied!.
