The location of the hotel is great - a 5-minute walk from Bruxelles-Nord train station, and an easy 15-minute walk into the centre of Brussels and Grand Place. Our particular shower got water all over the place each time we used it, and the decore of the room just wasn't exactly "Hilton." That said, we used Honors points so I can't complain. Good location, right by a metro station/shopping area, with a supermarket close by. Stayed on the HiltonHonors floor, nicely decorated/nice color scheme. Staff at reception were a bit rude. shower head was broken, so had to take a bath, only stayed for one night so that wasn't too much of a drama. Really nice beds, very comfortable! We had enough Hilton points for a 3 night stay. I would have been very upset if I had to lay out cash for this place. Worst Hilton accommodations I ever had. We did not try the restaurant/bar so cannot comment. The location is good and lobby is nice looking. It went down hill when we entered our first room.... more
