The hotel was clean and classy. I would have enjoyed a pool. The AC was regulated externally from the room so that it could not be turned down past a certain point. Wifi was available but for a fee. The Berlaymont is an EU delgates dream, I'd imagine. Easy to find in the European quarter, not far from the Metro station, with a class of room you'd expect for £100-200 a night.
