Very nice hotel quite close to Rue Neuve and the Grand Place. I had a nice double room for myself. Pleasant staff in reception and breakfast excellent. A little noisey as my room was almost opposite police station and there was quite a lot of movement. However, had a very enjoyable one night stay and the price was extremely reasonable.

Staff at this hotel was helpful and smiling. Breakfast was great. Location was ok (close to train station and downtown). But the rooms are very basic and small, but clean.

This Hotel is very convenient to me, because I don't like to stay in, but I like to travel to
other destinations. It is very close 10 min. walk to North Brussells Rail Station from where is
a lot of possibilities to board the trains to any direction. Belgium trains and their timetables
are great. When I return I don't...

This hotel is surprisingly close to shopping areas (City 2), Rogier area and North railway station. Standard room was small, but it was comfortable. Bathroom was big. I did not like bath, since I prefer shower. Breakfast was good considering the price level of the hotel.

right now there are at least 5 drunken loud men outside our window at 2 am. a call to the reception got nowhere. between the dodgy side of town and the fact that this is nowhere near where we thought/wanted to be, not coming here again. just because it says city centre doesn't mean it's true.

Average hotel with the basic comforts you would expect from a 3 star European hotel. Hotel has a good location, friendly staff and decent value for your Euro. No complaints.

so I don't normally write reviews, but based on what I read vs my experience I thought I should leave my 2cents. The room was just fine, newly renovated, had all the normal stuff, beds where clean, bathroom clean, wifi, etc. More than what I expected, stayed in way worse for 3x the price in Paris and London. Getting here...

Miles away from the city centre and then greeted by a rude, arrogant manager,
Room was falling apart and I found what I think was evidence of bedbugs! I had a really bad nights sleep constantly suspecting I was getting bitten.
Then after all that, the breakfast was very poor
Even at the price, this was not worth it

Each time we go to Brussels, we stay at the Best Western City Centre Hotel, near the pleasant Jardin Botanique, which is very close to our two favourite concert venues, and also to the longest shopping street in Belgium .. it's a lovely art-deco style building - the rooms are large and comfortable and at only 69 euros a night...
