I gave it a 4 for service even though there is no service on site because I locked myself out and they remote controlled the door in middle of night to let me in. There was one major problem with this hotel. They have no front deck on site. You can not get into the building without a code. They do not give you the code even if you show them your reservation via email. I had to use my phone that was not based in Belgium to make an international call to their... More
