We called to make a reservation and then sent them an email same day to confirm to confirm, and got a reply saying ´´As I told you´´. Then a month later we contacted them to shorten the stay by one night, they said they didn´t have any reservation for us and didn´t help us in any way by finding another... more
Just back from a 4 night stay. Good location at the end of tram routes 8 and 12. Homely athmosphere.Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Enjoyable breakfast served til 11am. The hotel is located in an interesting neighborhood, with a view on Richard Rogers' spectacular courthouse. There are some trendy restaurants nearby. It is quite a walk to the city center though. Well situated in Antwerp for sightseeing. A very friendly atmosphere and very helpful. Very good breakfast choice, fresh and replenished frequently.... and served until late. Even though it is small and there is no lift, it represents excellent value for money and is very clean. Very highly recommended. more
Ignore the name, this is actually a very qaint hotel. Pretty good for the price, family style, small rooms. Within walking distance of all the best nightlife of the south side in Antwerp. Not in the historical centre but great restaurants nearby.. more
