Stayed here a week ago and I had never been to The Hague before. I usually never write reviews but only read them, however my experience at Bel Air really exceeded my expecations. Friendly staff, who assisted with tours of the city and museums, great breakfast and I was upgraded to stay in a renovated guest room. Nice new flatscreen... More

The room was great with all the amenities I needed as I was on official mission. It also had free Wi-Fi in the room which made my stay much easier as I was able to work from my room some times. The staff was very warm and hospitalble and made my stay even more pleasant. I would like to stay... More

I stayed at the hotel with our school during the THIMUN 2012 conference. The hotel is actually really old, but there is free wifi in rooms which is very convenient. The view from rooms is actually quite bad as i stayed at the first floor facing the museum behind the hotel. One thing to stay away from is the restaurant.... More

This is a large modern hotel, well decorated, with very good staff. Our room was comfortable well equipped and pleasant with a brown and white colour scheme, and I had no complaints. Nice toiletries, etc. There was a good breakfast, and we had a meal in the restaurant in the evenin. Although the hotel is on a large road it... More

I'm staying at this hotel at the moment, and have very mixed feelings about it. My room is very shabby-looking, and despite the website saying that it has an LCD LED TV, it has a really old-fashioned big-backed TV with very poor reception, and no in-house movies. Also the website says that rooms have safes... not mine! The carpet is... More

This is a large hotel that caters for guests at the nearby conference centre. The bar, breakfast room etc. are nice and modern, but the rooms are perhaps slightly outdated. Nice touch to have apples on every floor. Lovely breakfast. All in all a very comfortable stay but nothing "special". More

The hotel is lined with big hotels for business and conventions. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Work table very good and an excellent LCD TV. The service at the hotel very good and staff very friendly. The breakfast is incredible, but it costs about 20 euros. The Internet wifi in the room is also very expensive. But the... More

GOOD POINTS: comfortable room, housekeeping did a great job, loved the apples at every elevator waiting area, vending machine and refrigerator in the room. Ample closet space, comforters on bed nice (but too small, and sheets should have been changed more often), had a good gym - only one treadmill but several bikes and stair master, free weights, mats, exercise... Arrived at midnight having pre booked and paid, only to be told they had double booked our 2 rooms, and we were then ferried to another hotel for a night before being brought back the following day for our second night.
